Securities Admission to Trading
The following securities can be admitted to trading:
- Shares
- Corporate bonds
- Municipal bonds
- Securities of collective investment schemes
A security is admitted to exchange trading by being included into the exchange list.
The following securities can be included into the exchange list:
- securities that are admitted to exchange trading in the process of their circulation with undergoing a listing procedure (inclusion into the Exchange Registry);
- securities that are admitted to exchange trading in the process of their circulation or public offering without undergoing a listing procedure (no inclusion into the Exchange Registry)
I. Admission of securities without undergoing a listing procedure
A security that meets the following requirements can be admitted to exchange trading:
- A security’s issue and prospectus are duly registered in accordance with the existing legislation of Ukraine
- The report on results of a security offering has undergone state registration
- The ban on trading in a security on the stock exchange in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation is absent
The following persons/institutions can be initiators of admittance to exchange trading:
- issuer
- exchange member
- asset management company
Admission to a security offering:
- Application for offering a security
- Security information form
II. Listing procedure
A listed security can be admitted to trading on the exchange if it meets the following requirements:
- A security issue and prospectus are duly registered in accordance with the existing legislation of Ukraine
- The report on results of a security offering has undergone state registration
- The ban on trading in a security on the stock exchange in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation is absent
Only an issuer of a security can be initiator of a listing procedure for this security.
